Lead Generation Demo Setter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Demo Setter to own our outbound prospecting engine. You will identify potential clients in the UAE market, start conversations, and deliver warm, qualified opportunities to our sales closers. This remote, full‑time role offers uncapped commission for high performers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across target industries in the UAE.
• Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, sales intelligence tools, databases and social platforms.
• Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone.
• Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team.
• Book discovery calls and meetings for sales executives.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records.
• Report weekly on lead quality and pipeline performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in outbound sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Excellent English communication (neutral accent); Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.
• Self‑motivated, organised, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho or Monday.com.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for prospecting.

• Base salary starting at AED 2,500 per month, plus uncapped commission tied to qualified appointments.
