Lead Dispatch – PM Shift

About the role

Servix Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Dispatch to join its Remote Operations team on the PM shift. In this role you will act as the command centre for field technicians, managing daily schedules and ensuring service calls are completed with precision and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central hub between clients and mobile technicians, handling all communication.
• Manage, assign and optimise technician schedules in real‑time to maximise output and reduce response times.
• Prioritise and allocate tasks based on technicians’ plumbing and electrical expertise.
• Monitor performance to ensure service calls meet company SLAs and quality standards.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and on‑site issues promptly, providing immediate support to field teams.
• Maintain clear, concise communication with all stakeholders under pressure.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in dispatching, logistics or operations coordination.
• Foundational knowledge of plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Comfortable working the PM shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
