About the role
As a Lead Designer at Michel Abboud Architects, you will steer the creative direction of high‑profile architectural projects across the GCC region. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, collaborate closely with international clients, and ensure that design solutions are innovative, sustainable, and aligned with client objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop cutting‑edge architectural designs that meet client requirements and project goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and construction teams to translate design intent into built reality, while integrating sustainable practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Approximately 7 years of experience delivering large‑scale projects in the GCC region.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to manage international collaborations.
