Lead Creative Producer

About the role

A leading Beauty & FMCG company in Beirut is seeking a senior, hands‑on Lead Creative Producer to drive the creation of impactful brand campaigns and content across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative production for local, regional and international campaigns, including photoshoots, video productions, TVCs and digital content.
• Manage photographers, directors, production houses, stylists, casting and other creative partners while overseeing budgets, timelines and vendor negotiations.
• Coordinate pre‑production through final delivery, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines and adapting assets for print and POSM as needed.
• Use Asana or similar project‑management tools to track projects, deadlines and deliverables.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in creative production, advertising or content production.
• Proven senior Producer or Creative Producer experience managing global or multi‑market campaigns for beauty, FMCG or premium consumer brands.
• Strong background in photography, video and on‑set production with solid understanding of post‑production and asset delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana or similar project‑management software.
• Project management and budget handling expertise.
