Laboratory Product Specialist

About the role

Advanced Medical Support SAL (AMS) is seeking a motivated Laboratory Product Specialist to join its healthcare team in Lebanon. You will promote and support a portfolio of laboratory diagnostic solutions, acting as the scientific bridge between the company and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and support laboratory diagnostic products, including blood banking, immunohematology, and clinical laboratory solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with laboratory managers, pathologists, and key hospital stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and scientific discussions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide application support during product evaluation, installation, and routine use.
• Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and achieving targets.
• Coordinate with technical service teams to ensure smooth installation, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform business development.
• Participate in customer visits, workshops, congresses, and product training activities.
• Prepare regular reports on customer activities, market feedback, and sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in laboratory diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare solutions.
• Good understanding of laboratory workflows, especially in blood banking, immunohematology, and diagnostic testing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field visits and a valid driving license.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic required, French an advantage.
