About the role

Route 66 is looking for passionate and motivated Kitchen Crew members and Cashiers to join its team at the Jounieh branch. Candidates should be energetic, customer‑oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Process cash and other payment transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain an organized and clean cashier area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
