Junior & Senior BIM Modeler

About the role

We are a dynamic interior design agency specializing in high‑end hospitality projects and are expanding our team in Tabaris, Beirut. We are hiring Junior and Senior BIM Modelers to develop and maintain accurate Revit/BIM models and support the project team throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate Revit/BIM models based on design intent and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation from BIM models.
• Model interior architectural elements, furniture, fixtures, finishes and other components.
• Ensure models and drawings are coordinated, accurate and compliant with project standards.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, MEP, structural and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards, families, templates and project organization.
• Review drawings and models for quality, consistency and accuracy.
• For senior positions, lead BIM coordination and support junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Junior: 1–3 years of relevant experience; Senior: 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• French proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and technical documentation.
• Experience in interior design and/or hospitality projects.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
