Junior Lawyer – Litigation & Contracts

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our team in Zalka. The successful candidate will work autonomously or within a team to develop projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment. The role involves supporting litigation, arbitration and contract review activities while coordinating with stakeholders as needed. Remuneration will be discussed during the interview process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle litigation and arbitration matters, providing support throughout the case lifecycle.
• Review contracts originating from different legal systems, ensuring compliance and identifying risks.
• Prepare comprehensive legal reports that summarize findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters whenever required.

Required profile

• Holder of a law degree from a reputable university, ensuring a solid academic foundation.
• Previous work experience of 2–3 years in a legal environment is a plus.
• Professional behavior and adherence to a decent business dress code are essential.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, writing, and typing); French proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
• Demonstrates loyalty, confidentiality, professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, decency, results orientation, and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
