Junior Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our Beirut office. The successful candidate will support senior lawyers in delivering high‑quality legal services across a range of practice areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis for corporate, IP, real‑estate and litigation matters.
• Draft, review and revise contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Assist in client consultations, prepare case files and support representation in meetings and hearings.
• Participate in criminal investigations, prepare complaints, defenses and appeals under senior supervision.
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese legal standards and firm procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Bar admission in Lebanon.
• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Contract drafting and review.
• Familiarity with corporate, intellectual property, real‑estate and litigation law.
• Experience with criminal procedure, including drafting complaints and appeals.
