Junior HCM Magnar Support Engineer

About the role

MAGNAR Systems is looking for a Junior HCM Magnar Support Engineer to assist clients in managing and optimizing their human capital management software. You will work closely with internal IT teams, partners, and end‑users to ensure smooth operation of the HCM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve user inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with BI & Product consultants to troubleshoot system problems.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Provide expert‑level guidance on HCM Magnar functionalities.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and support procedures.
• Handle escalated tickets and complex incidents.
• Communicate outage information to affected users.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the support function.
• Monitor trends, recurring issues, and required client upgrades.
• Report weekly ticket logs to the Project Manager and participate in daily department meetings.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience or strong academic background in HR technology or related field.
• Understanding of core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Awareness of compliance and employment law basics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
