Junior Founder’s Associate (Generalist)

About the role

As a Junior Founder’s Associate you will work directly with the co‑founder of Build Consultancy Circle, a fast‑growing mental‑health provider in Lebanon. This is a hands‑on, generalist position where you will help turn strategic ideas into concrete projects that improve patient care and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current operations, spreadsheets and monthly metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Design, build and test new systems such as pricing models, CRM workflows and data‑backbone solutions.
• Collaborate with therapists, clinicians and administrative staff to document and formalise SOPs.
• Run experiments, collect data and present results to inform strategic decisions.
• Support hiring sprints, corporate program development and other high‑impact initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving business problems.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment and wearing multiple hats.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑starter who can operate with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects.

Required skills

• Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet tools) for data analysis and reporting.
