Junior Digital Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Digital Account Manager to support the online growth of our brands and manage their social media communities. This entry‑level position is ideal for a creative, organized individual comfortable with digital platforms and eager to develop in a fast‑paced marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of assigned brands across social media and digital platforms.
• Assist in preparing content calendars, campaigns, promotions and online activations.
• Manage comments, direct messages, reviews and customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, marketing teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor social media performance, customer sentiment and online trends.
• Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, traffic and campaign results.
• Ensure brand tone of voice and communication guidelines are followed.
• Identify customer insights and opportunities to improve engagement and digital growth.
• Support the Account Manager and wider team with ongoing projects and client requirements.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, account management or a related field.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with basic performance reports and digital metrics.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, e‑commerce or technology is an advantage.
