Junior Designer

About the role

The graphic designer creates visual designs for print, digital, and broadcast, ensuring they communicate campaign messages and resonate with target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design layouts, typography, illustrations, and infographics for various media.
• Maintain and update design guidelines and ensure technical accuracy.
• Oversee production and guarantee timely delivery of designs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other creative team members.
• Conceptualise and design digital content, including social media assets and display banners.
• Work with media teams to align designs with brand image and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify improvements.
• Partner with developers to ensure smooth implementation of digital assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital trends and recommend innovations.
• Articulate and present creative ideas and treatments to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Experience working across static, video, and animation assets.
• Digital portfolio showcasing professional design projects.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Background in an agency or in‑house design department.
