Junior Brand & Marketing Executive

About the role

Sarah’s Bag is looking for a Junior Brand & Marketing Executive to work closely with the Brand Manager on day‑to‑day brand activities. The position offers exposure to brand, digital, PR, social media and retail functions, making it ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager on daily projects and coordination.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Help plan, create and coordinate social media content.
• Assist the Head of PR with press requests, sample distribution and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with retailers and partners as needed.
• Prepare presentations, reports, newsletters and marketing materials.
• Research trends, competitors, fashion, culture and digital developments.
• Support events, photoshoots, launches and special projects.
• Provide general brand and marketing coordination support.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in marketing, fashion, communications, PR or a related field.
• Degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic and/or French are a plus.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms.
• Good understanding of and genuine interest in social media.
• Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Energetic, proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
• Strong interest in fashion, design and contemporary culture.
• Ambitious and committed to building a career in fashion.
