IT Support Officer

About the role

Byblos Vista is seeking a reliable, hands‑on IT Support Officer to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance for its fast‑paced US‑based operations. The role involves supporting hardware, software, networking and system issues for internal teams, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily IT support for users, covering hardware, software, networking and system problems.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and related equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including user account management.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, networking and infrastructure issues.
• Manage system updates, user permissions and basic security practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding from an IT perspective.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation and asset tracking.
• Manage Active Directory and assist teams with operational tools such as ClickUp.
• Handle ad‑hoc IT and operational support tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, ICT or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Good communication, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
