IT Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑oriented IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives across the organization. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget while meeting business objectives and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close IT projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and external partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and status reports.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets, resources and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, organizational policies and quality requirements.
• Track and report progress, milestones, dependencies and KPIs to senior management.
• Support change management and smooth implementation of new solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management delivering complex enterprise projects.
• Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies and best practices.
• Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps (or similar tools).
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams, vendors and third‑party service providers.
