About the role

DHL Lebanon is seeking a highly motivated IT professional to lead digital transformation, AI adoption, and automation initiatives across business‑critical systems. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, partnering closely with business stakeholders and regional IT teams to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI, generative AI, and automation solutions throughout the organization.
• Identify and digitalize processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio and Dataverse.
• Automate workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and build dashboards for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for business‑critical systems and ensure system stability, availability, and performance.
• Collaborate with regional/global IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure governance, data quality, and compliance with IT security policies.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, user awareness, and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proactive IT professional with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables for local, regional, and global projects.
• Excellent communication skills for training, change management, and stakeholder coordination.
