IT Office 365 Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on IT Office 365 Support Engineer to join our team in Beirut. The successful candidate will manage, troubleshoot and optimise Microsoft‑based services, ensuring high availability and security for identity, email and collaboration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 and related services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Administer Azure Active Directory and on‑premises Active Directory.
• Configure and maintain Certification Authority (CA) services.
• Manage mail servers and email security solutions, including anti‑spam and anti‑phishing gateways.
• Monitor system performance, implement security best practices and ensure service continuity.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents promptly.
• Document configurations, processes and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth IT operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on IT support or system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of identity management, access control and Microsoft security tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English.
