IT Manager - VSN

About the role

Aspire Software is looking for an IT Manager to join its team in Lebanon. You will manage, optimise and develop the IT infrastructure of VSN and Woody Technologies, both internally and in the environments used to deliver services to customers. This is a hands-on role reporting to Technology Management, working closely with Development, Product, Operations and Customer Support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, storage, virtualisation and corporate systems, ensuring availability, performance and security; administer Windows Server and Linux environments
• Administer cloud environments on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch), support SaaS deployments, cloud migrations and FinOps cost optimisation
• Define IT security policies, manage firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, identity and access (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MFA), and run security incident response procedures
• Handle second- and third-level incidents, oversee IT onboarding/offboarding, and administer Microsoft 365 and corporate tools
• Drive automation, CI/CD, containers, Infrastructure as Code and AI-assisted operations
• Contribute to the IT budget, negotiate with vendors, define KPIs and monitor costs

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of systems administration and IT infrastructure experience, including coordination or management
• Hands-on ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents independently
• Professional English (minimum B2)
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and multitasking skills
