IT Infrastructure & Support Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to lead enterprise IT operations for a large organization serving over 5,000 end‑users. The role ensures stability, security and performance of the entire computing environment while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Azure Entra ID configuration.
• Manage Windows desktop, laptop and endpoint support for 5,000+ users.
• Supervise Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IP management and network components (VPN, firewalls, routing, bandwidth optimization).
• Ensure IT security standards, antivirus, endpoint protection and incident response.
• Lead NOC operations, ticketing, SLA compliance and backup/recovery processes.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coach and develop technical teams, monitor KPIs and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or enterprise support.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial or team‑lead role.

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Purview DLP, Microsoft Intune.
• Windows OS administration.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IP address management.
• Network fundamentals (VPN, firewalls, routing, CCNA‑level knowledge).
• IIS, MikroTik routing, system monitoring tools.
• Antivirus, endpoint protection, identity security solutions.
• Ticketing/NOC platforms and SLA management.
