IT Delivery Analyst

About the role

Murex is seeking an IT Delivery Analyst to join its global IT Service Delivery team. You will be responsible for provisioning and managing internal infrastructure for employees and partners, ensuring reliable delivery of virtual and physical resources.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure components such as virtual machines, physical servers, NAS shares, and DMZ configurations based on client needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure assets, including shutdown, deletion, release, and re‑allocation.
• Provide end‑user and internal IT team support in line with agreed SLA response and resolution times.
• Create and maintain documentation to streamline operations.
• Participate in discussions and presentations to evolve the infrastructure landscape.
• Propose and implement enhancements to automation pipelines used for infrastructure delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and interacting with clients.
• Client‑support and delivery focus with a willingness to continuously learn.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) – a plus.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) – a plus.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL – a plus.
• Understanding of automation tools like Jenkins and Ansible – a plus.
• Strong data‑analytics capabilities.
