Inventory & Circuit Management Specialist

About the role

The Inventory & Circuit Management Specialist will lead and manage all inventory and circuit activities for a major transformation project in Damascus. This role ensures compliance, operational excellence, scalability and timely delivery of assets across the telecom network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce Inventory & Circuit Management rules across program activities.
• Coordinate with the Streams Program Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure rule compliance.
• Maintain accurate asset records in the system and monitor project schedules, KPIs and quality metrics.
• Prepare technical reports, dashboards, presentations and management updates.
• Support planning, implementation, testing, optimization and hand‑over activities.
• Conduct risk assessments, issue resolution and escalation management.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in technical reviews, audits, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Monitor resource utilization, operational efficiency and service delivery performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–15 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, operations, governance or large‑scale project management.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, operations and service delivery environments.
• Experience working with telecom operators, vendors or system integrators is preferred.
• Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CCNP, CISSP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
