International Graduate – Quality Program

About the role

Join SCHOTT Pharma’s International Graduate program focused on Quality. You will rotate through Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Systems functions in a GMP‑regulated environment, gaining hands‑on experience and international exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations (1–2 months) across Quality and cross‑functional departments.
• Identify and execute improvement projects using continuous‑improvement, root‑cause analysis, and data‑analysis methods.
• Support Quality activities: documentation review, deviation investigations, risk assessments, CAPA, change management, and internal audits.
• Complete at least one international assignment or project at another SCHOTT site.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related technical discipline.
• Up to 5 years of professional experience, including internships or trainee programs.
• Strong interest in Quality, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and regulated industries.
• Willingness to work in different departments, locations, and undertake international assignments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis, data analysis, and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with CAPA, risk assessments, change management, and Quality Management Systems.
