Internal Auditor

About the role

The Internal Auditor will lead audit and quality‑control assignments in line with the internal audit plan, supporting ABC’s vision and objectives. The role ensures high accuracy, data integrity and effective risk management across all stores and departments.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve internal audit KPIs and introduce business solutions to improve daily audit operations.
• Conduct monthly audits of flagship, standalone and regional stores, verifying compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assess risks, evaluate existing and new procedures, and provide enhancement recommendations.
• Perform inventory audits, spot checks at POS and cash‑receiving locations, and follow up on audit recommendations.
• Participate in investigations of loss or fraud incidents and suggest corrective actions.
• Execute quarterly quality‑control assignments, review implementation of quality standards, and coordinate external on‑site audits.
• Identify safety hazards, investigate incidents, and issue reports with corrective and preventive actions.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
