Insurance Advisor

About the role

The Insurance Advisor works full‑time on‑site in Jbeil, meeting clients to assess their insurance needs, explain coverage options, and recommend suitable products. The role involves preparing quotes, reviewing policies, handling renewals, and supporting claims‑related inquiries while ensuring a professional and respectful customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to evaluate insurance requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes, review existing policies, and manage renewals.
• Assist clients with claims inquiries and follow‑up on pending matters.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay informed about company products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting or advisory roles, preferably guiding clients through complex decisions.
• Strong customer service orientation with empathy, problem‑solving abilities, and thorough follow‑through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining information clearly and respectfully.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple client files and deadlines.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jbeil, collaborate with team members, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant educational background in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
