Inside Sales - Mobile Tool Trailer

About the role

EquipmentShare is hiring a Tool Trailer Tech - Inside Sales person for its facility in Lebanon, IN. The role provides overall direction and support for the jobsite, going beyond delegation and oversight to active participation in every aspect of the project, from equipment checks and punch list items to moving equipment between sites. It is not a traditional tool trailer position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project support, from scoping and planning with key stakeholders through construction to project completion
• Organize jobsite processes and ensure jobsite safety and full compliance
• Ensure quality assurance for materials, labor and the entities involved in the project
• Communicate weekly with the Construction/Procurement Manager
• Manage equipment and supply needs and deliver them to the site users

Required profile

• Extensive working knowledge of the tool rental industry or experience managing tool trailers and cribs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active applicable state class driver's license; industrial knowledge and background preferred
• Ability to drive and maintain a valid driver's license, lift at least 90 lbs, and work in extreme outside temperatures and for long periods standing or driving
• 90% travel including nights and weekends; clean-shaven appearance may be required to enter customer worksites
• Safety-sensitive position: offer contingent on a 10-panel drug screen and a background check

• Familiarity with common digital business tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets/Excel, Google Drive and Slack

Schedule varies with job site requirements; overtime after 40 hours, with on-call scheduling and additional compensation.
