Information Technology Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our IT Department in Taanayel, Beqaa. The role provides first‑ and second‑level technical support to ensure smooth business operations and minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, connectivity, printing and other approved IT services.
• Diagnose, resolve and document routine incidents, escalating complex issues to the Network, Security & Operations Lead.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals and other local equipment according to Group standards.
• Monitor and support local LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet and site connectivity, troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches and access points.
• Apply cybersecurity controls including endpoint protection, patching, secure configurations and device compliance.
• Support user‑account management, MFA, and joiner/mover/leaver activities.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment lifecycle, warranties and disposal.
• Coordinate with internet, telecom and IT service providers for incidents, repairs and installations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, systems administration, infrastructure or networking.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint‑management and backup services.
• LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches and access point configuration.
• Endpoint protection, patch management, secure configuration and device compliance.
• User‑account provisioning, MFA and access‑rights management.
• Basic networking troubleshooting and coordination with service providers.
