Influencer Talent Manager

About the role

Reach is looking for an Influencer Talent Manager to work remotely from Lebanon and oversee a portfolio of creators based in Dubai. The ideal candidate understands the creator economy, enjoys building strong talent relationships, and can drive brand collaborations from brief to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned talents.
• Serve as the main point of contact between talents, brands, agencies, and Reach’s internal team.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, content submissions, approvals, revisions, posting dates, and deliverables.
• Ensure talents meet deadlines and campaign requirements.
• Review incoming opportunities and assess suitability for each talent.
• Support rate negotiations, commercial discussions, and long‑term partnerships.
• Track active campaigns, revenue opportunities, payments, and outstanding actions.
• Help talents strengthen positioning, content direction, and commercial value.
• Maintain accurate talent profiles, rates, calendars, campaign records, and reports.
• Identify and resolve potential campaign issues before they escalate.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, PR, digital media, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with influencers, creators, or public‑facing personalities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the GCC influencer landscape.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑management, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple talents and campaigns.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Based in Lebanon and able to work remotely with the Dubai team.
