Influencer Creator Partnerships Intern

About the role

Nutrili is seeking a remote Intern based in Beirut to support its creator partnership strategy across the GCC. You will work closely with the commercial and growth teams to turn influencers and creators into long‑term brand partners that boost both brand equity and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing creator strategies for always‑on and campaign‑led activations.
• Manage a network of creators from micro‑influencers to top‑tier talent, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Draft clear briefs, coordinate gifting and seeding programs, and handle logistics.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with creators through regular communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creators with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Track and analyze creator performance using platform and affiliate data, optimizing campaigns based on engagement and conversion metrics.
• Report on key KPIs such as reach, engagement, and sales impact.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand marketing.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with creators, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the broader creator ecosystem.
• Experience managing seeding, paid, and affiliate campaigns.
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Clear, confident communicator with interest in wellness, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• Nice to have: experience in wellness or beauty brands, agency or in‑house experience, knowledge of usage rights and creator contracts, existing creator relationships in the GCC.
