Influencer & Creator Management Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Management Team Supervisor to oversee daily departmental operations, supervise Account Managers, and support the Department Manager in delivering influencer‑led campaigns. The role combines team supervision, workflow management, and hands‑on involvement in creator content and production.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support Account Managers, ensuring clear priorities, ownership, and accountability across talent accounts and campaigns.
• Oversee content pipelines and campaign workflows from briefing and planning through production, review, approval, and delivery.
• Monitor team workload, project progress, and deadlines, identifying risks early and coordinating corrective actions.
• Review briefs and handovers to ensure all contributors have the information needed to execute effectively.
• Monitor content quality and alignment with talent positioning, brand requirements, and campaign objectives, providing actionable feedback.
• Provide practical direction to talents during content execution and shoots when required.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or account/project management involving influencers and content creators.
• Demonstrated experience supervising a team or leading project delivery across multiple contributors.
• Strong understanding of creator content, talent positioning, brand collaborations, and influencer campaign execution.
• Practical knowledge of content production and ability to guide talents during execution.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑management skills.
