Influencer and Talent Lead

About the role

Launch and build TheARLab’s new Influencer & Talent department, shaping its services, pricing and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, sign and grow a roster of influencers for brand campaigns and talent representation.
• Advise signed talent on positioning and growth plans.
• Negotiate influencer fees, contracts and exclusivity terms, subject to management approval.
• Maintain relationships with influencers, talent agents and managers.
• Lead influencer campaigns from concept to reporting, coordinating with Content, Creative and Production teams.
• Manage client relationships and contribute influencer input in pitches.
• Define department services, pricing and processes with Operations.
• Report on campaign results, department performance and market trends.
• Build and lead the department’s team as it expands.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management, preferably in an agency.
• Proven track record of signing and growing influencers.
• Established network of influencers, talent agents and brands across the region.
• Experience leading influencer campaigns from concept to reporting.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, influencer metrics and advertising regulations.
• Experience building a new department, service or team (strong advantage).
• Experience managing client relationships and contributing to pitches.
