Implementation Specialist – Lumina AI

About the role

The Implementation Specialist will bridge technical engineering and customer delivery, ensuring successful deployments of Lumina AI solutions from initial setup through go‑live and post‑launch support. The role requires fluency in both technology and business finance, enabling the translation of financial statements and KPIs into technical configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Lumina AI solutions, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting modules.
• Analyse financial and business processes to align technical configurations with client objectives.
• Design, configure and troubleshoot APIs, data imports/exports, ETL processes and data mappings to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop and execute test plans, system validation procedures and user‑acceptance testing.
• Support the deployment of AI‑powered analytics, forecasting and performance‑management tools.
• Collaborate with AI consultants, product managers, developers and data engineers to deliver projects and provide feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in software implementation, integrations, APIs, SQL and data analysis.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
• Ability to interpret financial data and translate business requirements into technical configurations.
• Experience supporting the design and deployment of AI‑driven financial analytics and dashboards.
