Implementation Specialist

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an entry‑to‑early‑career Implementation Specialist to support client deployments of its compliance and financial reporting solutions. Working under senior specialists and solution architects, you will gain hands‑on experience in solution delivery, data engineering, and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into configured software solutions.
• Design, build, and test data pipelines for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Assist with go‑live activities, post‑launch support, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
• Participate in code and configuration reviews with senior team members.

Required profile

• Foundational technical background with interest in software implementation.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
• Ability to interpret financial data and convert business needs into technical configurations.

Required skills

• APIs and integration techniques.
• SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Data analysis and building data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and AI‑powered analytics.
