Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

CFI Financial Group, an award-winning trading provider with offices in London, Larnaca, Beirut, Amman, Dubai, Kuwait, Azerbaijan, South Africa and Port Louis, is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner. The role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders and department heads, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives and business priorities. It covers workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads and senior management to turn business priorities into HR strategies and initiatives
• Advise managers on workforce planning, organizational structure, headcount, succession planning and resource allocation
• Guide employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary matters, and ensure consistent application of HR policies
• Drive performance management, including goal setting, reviews, feedback and improvement initiatives
• Work with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development on recruitment, skill gaps and employee development and retention
• Monitor engagement, turnover and workforce trends and recommend improvements
• Support organizational change, restructuring and change management
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to recommend data-driven solutions
• Ensure compliance with CFI policies, employment legislation and local regulations across assigned entities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role
• Proven experience partnering with senior management and advising business leaders on people matters
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity organizations preferred

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent management and organizational development
• Good written and verbal communication skills
