About the role
Averda is looking for a dynamic HR Specialist to lead the full spectrum of HR activities at its Lebanon office while supporting group‑wide HR initiatives. The role combines data analytics, recruitment coordination, documentation, reporting and HR process alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR databases, trackers and dashboards; generate regular HR reports and analyse metrics.
- Coordinate recruitment activities: gather vacancy details, manage interview schedules, offers and onboarding, and maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Prepare HR letters, forms, onboarding documentation and keep digital employee files confidentially.
- Create and maintain Excel pivot tables, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates.
- Work closely with regional HR teams to consolidate data, track actions, ensure compliance and support group‑wide initiatives.
- Align HR priorities with business goals, promote an inclusive culture and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (Master’s degree advantageous).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR data management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work across multiple markets.
