HR Manager – Near East

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function across our Near East operations. You will act as a trusted business partner, shaping HR strategy, driving talent initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR advice on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations and change management.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Lead the annual performance appraisal cycle, succession planning and learning & development programs.
• Oversee employee relations, wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities and separation processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, compensation and benefits administration, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain HR policies, job descriptions, employee records and HRIS data integrity.
• Prepare HR analytics, dashboards and reports for regional and corporate leadership.
• Support ISO, Quality, EHS and other corporate management system initiatives within HR.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or manager in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Ability to influence senior managers and drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and stakeholder‑management skills.
