Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Housekeeping team at Le Vendôme Beirut, one of Beirut’s iconic luxury hotels. The role ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality while supporting a culture of service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities for guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to verify compliance with hotel standards and address any deficiencies.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity and ensure timely resolution of guest requests and maintenance issues.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, linen and equipment.
• Train, coach and motivate team members, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
