Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams across multiple client sites. The role combines field visits, staff coaching, and quality assurance to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular on‑site visits to client locations to monitor service quality and address any issues.
• Supervise, coach and train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene protocols and company standards.
• Perform inspections, provide constructive feedback and ensure consistent performance.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and operations teams to resolve service‑related concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and continuous development of new housekeeping personnel.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising housekeeping or managing facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and training abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for field visits.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Ability to work independently while upholding high service standards.
• Good organisational and problem‑solving skills.
