Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness across our facilities. The role involves scheduling staff, training new members, and ensuring rooms meet quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff.
• Develop and implement daily cleaning schedules.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to verify cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Order, receive, and manage cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Prepare reports on expenses and inventory usage.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and sanitation methods.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification is a plus.
