Housekeeping Supervisor – Full‑time On‑site Role

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations at our Beirut facility. The role is on‑site and involves ensuring all areas meet the company’s cleanliness and hygiene standards while supporting smooth overall facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and assign housekeeping tasks to staff.
• Conduct field visits to monitor work quality and provide on‑the‑job guidance.
• Handle guest or client requests, resolve service issues, and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain detailed records of activities, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver training and performance feedback to the housekeeping team.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience with strong team‑leadership, task‑delegation and performance‑monitoring abilities.
• Solid knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills for handling requests and complaints.
• Attention to detail, effective time‑management and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality, facility management or a similar service‑industry supervisory role.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and scheduling; familiarity with housekeeping management systems is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and personal car for transportation; willingness to travel daily within Beirut and the Maten area.
