Host/Hostess – Guest Welcome Specialist

About the role

The Host/Hostess role at Spectrum Hospitality Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Batroun. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests, manage waitlists, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and efficient flow in the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate seating to maintain an efficient flow in the dining area.
• Maintain an organized host stand and support the service team with guest needs.
• Provide accurate information about menus, specials, and the restaurant concept.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all guest‑facing areas.
• Deliver attentive and courteous customer service throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in reservation management and handling guest inquiries.
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Previous front‑of‑house or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus.
