Head Storekeeper (Grade 10)

About the role

The Head Storekeeper is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock management and compliance with safety and security standards in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receipt and custody of all goods, commodities and equipment in the assigned warehouse.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock control records and ensure accurate entry of goods receipts, issues, transfers and deliveries into the ERP system.
• Conduct regular spot checks to verify ERP stock data against physical inventory.
• Issue commodities as required by the Warehousing Officer and oversee timely loading and off‑loading of trucks.
• Supervise permanent and temporary warehouse staff as well as contractor personnel, ensuring safety, security and access controls are followed.
• Manage warehouse facilities, monitor infrastructure repairs, upgrades and keep the environment clean and hygienic.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics or related fields.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate with contractors while maintaining safety and security standards.
• Strong knowledge of stock control procedures and ERP transaction processing.
