About the role

The Head of Web Development will lead the web development team and oversee all aspects of web projects, ensuring delivery of high‑quality solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the web development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement web development strategies and roadmaps that support the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications and websites.
• Ensure integration of new web technologies and systems with existing infrastructure.
• Manage web development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their web development needs and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of web systems to ensure they meet the company’s requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging web technologies to keep the company at the forefront of web innovation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in web development and management, preferably within the professional services industry.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
