About the role

The Head of App Development will lead the company’s app development team, shaping strategy and ensuring delivery of high‑quality mobile and web solutions that align with business goals. This senior position combines strategic planning, project oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the app development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement app development strategies and roadmaps that support the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of mobile and web applications.
• Ensure integration of new app technologies and systems with existing infrastructure.
• Manage app development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their app development needs and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of app systems to ensure they meet company requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging app technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in app development and management, preferably within professional services.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.

Required skills
