HCM Magnar Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HCM Magnar Support Specialist to join MAGNAR Systems. The role ensures smooth operation of our HCM software, assists clients with HR processes, and resolves technical issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution of user inquiries and technical issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot HCM Magnar system problems.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Deliver expert‑level support on HCM Magnar functionalities and maintain user documentation.
• Handle escalated tickets, complex issues, and critical incidents.
• Communicate outages or disruptions to affected users.
• Monitor trends, identify recurring issues, and propose process improvements.
• Report weekly ticket logs to the project manager and participate in daily department meetings.

Required profile

• Proficiency with HCM/HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
• Experience in data management, validation, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and employment law basics.
