Growth Marketer & Media Buyer for High‑Ticket Funnels (Remote)

About the role

SkySail Strategies is seeking a senior‑level growth marketer to own the entire funnel from ad creation to booked calls for high‑ticket offers. You will lead strategy, creative, copy, page building, automation and follow‑up, working directly with the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign strategy, big‑idea concepts and detailed briefs, including audience, belief shifts, angles and KPI targets.
• Create and iterate high‑performing ad creative, copy, video and image assets using AI tools while maintaining a non‑generic look.
• Design, build and test landing pages, lead magnets, booking and confirmation pages, integrating them with the CRM.
• Implement multi‑channel nurture sequences, instant follow‑up, show‑rate recovery and lead hand‑off to sales.
• Map full funnel architecture, build CRM workflows, pipelines and automation for edge cases.
• Manage paid media on Meta as primary channel, expand to Google Search and YouTube, set up pixels and Conversions API.
• Track full‑funnel metrics, produce daily/weekly reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven track record building profitable high‑ticket, call‑based funnels (offers in the thousands of dollars).
• Portfolio of live ads, copy, pages and sequences you can explain line by line.
• Elite creative and copy ability that stands out in a skeptical market.
• AI‑native production speed and comfort working with code‑generated assets.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM workflow automation (e.g., GoHighLevel).
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Meta Ads platform, pixel and Conversions API.
• Google Search and YouTube advertising.
• AI video, image and voice generation tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor).
• CRM workflow and automation (GoHighLevel or similar).
• Landing page building and A/B testing.
