Graphic & Motion Designer (Beirut)

About the role

We are looking for a talented, energetic, and detail‑oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to support NCM’s creative output across brand, marketing, social media, digital campaigns, and internal communications. This hands‑on role requires a strong visual eye, a fresh modern design mindset, and the ability to turn ideas into high‑quality static and motion content.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality static designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, email campaigns, events, and print materials.
• Produce motion graphics, animated social‑media assets, video edits, kinetic typography, and short‑form promotional content.
• Adapt creative assets into multiple sizes, formats, languages, and market requirements.
• Support the development and consistent implementation of NCM’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and regional teams to meet campaign objectives and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, or digital content.
• Mandatory portfolio demonstrating graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and social‑media content.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard editing software.
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Figma (preferred).
• AI‑assisted creative tools for ideation, image creation, and video production.
• Basic 3D design or animation using Blender or Cinema 4D.
