Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Specialist

About the role

HNZ Holding is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Specialist to support the visual identity of its diverse portfolio, including Tekram Deliveries, Housekeeping, and Riders. The role will create high‑quality digital and print assets, motion graphics, and short videos that reinforce each brand while ensuring consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, packaging, and corporate assets.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and short promotional videos for social media and digital campaigns.
• Produce social media content including static posts, reels, stories, and animated advertisements.
• Edit videos and craft compelling visual storytelling.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to bring ideas to life.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with marketing objectives.
• Stay current with design, animation, AI, and digital content trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, animation, and video editing work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
