Graphic Designer

About the role

Morao Capital, a growing company with a portfolio mainly in hospitality, F&B and lifestyle, is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its Beirut team. The role develops and executes design concepts across the company's brands, keeping them consistent and original across digital, print and physical touchpoints. It is a full-time, on-site position in Beirut.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for multiple brands
• Create social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations and promotional campaigns
• Design packaging, menus, signage and other print materials
• Build and maintain brand identities, visual guidelines and design consistency
• Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with printing and production suppliers
• Work with marketing, operations and management teams to turn briefs into effective designs
• Manage several projects at once and meet deadlines

Required profile

• Proven graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, retail or lifestyle brands
• A strong portfolio showing creativity, originality and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field preferred

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts and visual composition
• Packaging design and preparing artwork for printing
