Graphic Designer

About the role

Estadeem, a management consultancy focused on sustainable growth, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its dynamic marketing team in Beirut. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to produce visual assets that support branding, campaigns, and client projects across sectors such as food & beverage and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and designs that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Design marketing materials including social media posts, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and event collaterals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into visually compelling deliverables.
• Prepare and optimise artwork for print, digital, and web use.
• Support video and motion‑graphics projects with visual elements or storyboards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and design recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Ability to create 3D models and visualisations to support design projects.
